On 21.11.2009 we will hold a boxing workshop with the 3 times WBC Boxing worldchampion Markus Beyer.
Markus will teach the correct boxing stance, moves, bob and weave, boxing techniques and padstraining.
He will not only show his techniques, he also shows how to train in order to improve. The boxing workshop addresses also to fighters from kickboxing and thaiboxing. For thai- and kickboxing the goal is to improve the boxing techniques.
We are happy to welcome a professional boxer for the first time. Markus is one of Germany`s best boxers.
The Workshop addresses beginners as well as advanced fighters.
