After our Workshop with Lucien Carbin & Tyrone Spong on 29.08.2009, we will hold on 10.10.2009 the planned Workshop with the actual K-1 Champion 2008 - Remy "The flying Gentleman" Bonjasky, who will be in preparation for this years K-1 GP final in Tokyo in december.

Remy will show detailed combinations and fighting techniques.
He will also show the students, how to train in order to achieve the skills.
We are very happy that we will meet Remy for the 3rd. time. He is the next great "old school" superstar of K-1.
The Workshop addresses beginners as well as advanced fighters.
